Hey, I'm so glad you've found me. My name is Kerri, and I write romance as KA James. I live near Oxford, England, and spend most of my time either writing, thinking about writing, or getting lost in a story.
What I Write:
​From powerful billionaires to wild, open landscapes and darker edges, my stories are built around compelling characters, addictive relationships, and just the right amount of heat.

I love writing swoon-worthy heroes and the heroines who keep them on their toes. Their relationships are a little messy, a little addictive, and completely impossible to walk away from.
A Little More About Me:
When I am not writing, I work in Human Resources and spend most of my daydreaming about my next book. Mia, my Bichon Frisée, is usually by my side demanding attention, which she always gets.​​
Five Fun Facts About Me:

Despite being born and raised in the UK, I mostly write books set in the United States. At one point in my life, I wanted to live in New York, hence why my debut series is set there.

I used to listen to music when writing. Now, because I get so distracted with singing (or howling depending on who you ask), I've had to switch to lyric-less music.

I'm a single dog mum to Mia. She's demanding and the cutest pup (as I write this, she's standing in the doorway crying at me).

At one point in time, I wanted to open a bakery. I love making cakes/baking and even worked a day in the Hummingbird Bakery in London.

The first ever book (if you can call it that) I wrote was a thriller and I killed everybody off. I still have the handwritten pages but I don't think it will ever see the light of day again.
