2. Personalised Items
All personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

The item arrives damaged

There is an error made by us
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

Faulty

Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photographic evidence
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
4. Signed Items
All books are individually signed.
Minor variations (e.g. signature placement or ink differences) are normal and not considered defects.
5. Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
